Big shout out to Walmart and Sam’s Club

Thank you Walmart and Sam’s Club!

The preliminary results are in and we are excited to announce the annual Walmart and Sam’s Club campaign for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $489,000.00 for University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. We could not be more grateful to the associates across the country who rally behind this campaign each year with enthusiasm and passion to change kids’ health to change the future. Each time an associate asks a customer to donate to their local children’s hospital, they are making a difference in the lives of kids and families right in their own community. Changing kids’ health goes far beyond helping individual children and families, it’s also about research, preventive care, health and safety education and other support services that help build healthier communities today and tomorrow.

A huge shout out to Walmart locations: West Burlington (IA) and Muscatine (IA) for knocking their fundraising efforts out of the park for the kids. West Burlington raised over $27,000 during their campaign and Muscatine raised just over $20,000.
