Thank you Costco!

Local children’s hospitals are on the frontlines when protecting the health of future generations. But they can’t do it alone. Each dollar that Costco and its members raise through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) improves kids’ health, allowing them to grow to their full potential!

During the month of May, Costco held its annual fundraising campaign to support University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children’s Hospital, a Children’s Miracle Network member hospital. It was a fantastic month and we are so excited to announce the 2024 grand total!

This year, $222,916 was raised by our four wonderful Costco locations! This was a year over year increase of $35,000! We want to give a special shout out to Davenport Costco #1325 for being the top store in Iowa, raising nearly $80,000. We also want to highlight West Des Moines Costco #788 for having a $33,695 increase over their 2023 total! Truly outstanding!

We also want to recognize the Costco associates who went above and beyond during the month of May – see below for our 2024 Top Costco Associates who individually raised 1,000 or more! We especially want to recognize Betsy Myer from Davenport who individually raised over $13,000 and was the overall top associate in Iowa!
