Love’s Travel Stops Holiday Round Up

Round Up the Change at Love’s this holiday season

This holiday season, Love’s Travel Stops across the country will be asking customers to round up their purchase to help kids treated at their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, including the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

Stopping at Love’s on your holiday travels and rounding up your purchase to the nearest dollar is an easy way to change kids’ health and change the future in your community.

Customer donations gathered during this holiday season will help kids like Camdyn Reisner of Dubuque, Iowa. Camdyn Reisner’s life changed in an instant.  She’s exceeded expectations ever since. At just 21 days old, Camdyn went for 57 minutes without oxygen as a result of supraventricular tachycardia – a type of heart rhythm disorder. She was airlifted to University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital and overcame a grim prognosis. A few days after returning home, her heart rate soared and she was again airlifted to Iowa City. Camdyn wore a heart monitor for the first year of her life and took medications to regulate her heart rate. She counters developmental delays and involuntary muscle stiffness through weekly therapy and aspires to be a doctor someday.

Round Up the Change is a great way to give back to University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital and local kids treated in Iowa City.

Thanks to Love’s Travel Stops and their generous customers, we can raise needed funds for our hospital and transform how we meet the most urgent needs, saving more lives and protecting our collective future.

When we change kids’ health, we change the future – for all of us.
