Costco’s in Iowa Raise $96,190 for UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital

During the month of September, Costco’s across the United States united in their efforts to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. In the state of Iowa, three Costco Warehouses raised funds for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. This year, the Coralville Costco, Davenport Costco, and West Des Moines Costco collectively raised $96,190 for the UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital.  

While this year certainly showed unprecedented obstacles for our warehouses and their members. The impacts of COVID-19 and the derecho have left devastating impacts on our communities, yet, the Costco’s in Iowa showed incredibly resiliency despite these challenges. The funds that Costco’s raised this year will help support important efforts in UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  

Not only did Costco members give back to UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital during the month of September, but so did many local businesses and organizations. The following businesses gave $500+ to the Costco Campaign that will directly benefit patients and families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
